All hotels must be booked directly by the participant by contacting the Hotel, with the exception of the North Campus Dorms which can only be booked online at the link below. See the map at the bottom of this page showing the location of the various hotels and the Conference venue. Information on the venue is located on the Conference home page.

Dorms

North Campus Dorms

120 beds have been reserved in the North Campus Dorms. Deadline for room reservations is 31 July 2010. Parking passes will be available for $5/day. Meal tickets will be available for North Campus Dining Hall. Each room includes: private bath, air conditioning, a Microwave/Refrigerator unit, an active telephone line, and cable-ready television jack. Some rooms also provide wired and wireless Internet access.

Availability of rooms is on a first-come first-serve basis with most hotel blocks open through Friday, July 23rd.

Fairfield Inn & Suites

Holiday Inn Express & Suites

Single & Double rate: $105 + sales tax; request either one king bed or two queens when calling. Breakfast bar is included. This rate will be good through August 1.

This hotel is offering round-trip airport transportation for $25.00. This must be requested when you call to reserve your room in order to receive this rate. Please phone the hotel at +1 614-447-1212 when you arrive at the airport to call for the shuttle.

Harrison House Bed & Breakfast
